Is it possible to rent an office for a short period?

Yes, an office at IdeaPlace can be rented for a period that suits the current needs of the client. In practice, this means it could be for a single day, several days (e.g., per month), several weeks, or even several months. Furthermore, the rental can adopt a frequency specific to the client. You can decide to rent the office every Thursday or regularly rent it only in the first week of each month. The choice depends on your needs.

Will we have access to conference rooms as part of the office rental?

Yes, every client renting an office at Idea Place receives a discount on the rental of conference rooms, meeting rooms, and access to coworking space.

What amenities are available in the office space?

As part of the access to the office space, the client receives the support of a professional front desk and access to office equipment such as a scanner, printer, and projector. Additionally, they have unrestricted access to a fully equipped kitchen (coffee and tea included), Wi-Fi, and common areas equipped with extra tables, sofas, and chairs.

Are the contracts flexible, and to what extent can they be modified?

Flexibility is our paramount value, so we are always open to individual discussions that facilitate finding a middle ground. Contact us regarding office rental services.

Can the office space be customized to the current needs of the company?

The way the office is equipped and furnished is tailored to the individual needs of the client, which we discuss in a preliminary conversation, verifying expectations regarding the number of workstations (comfortable desk, office chair, individual drawer), which need to be prepared, and additional equipment such as shelves or cabinets. The client can also make additional arrangements to the space on their own. We strive to adapt the office space to your needs

While renting an office, can one use a parking space?

Due to the central location in the city center, we do not have designated parking spaces at the building. However, our clients can use nearby parking lots such as Interparking NFM at the National Forum of Music, underground parking at ul. Św. Antoniego, or Wratislavia Center Parking or parking at Galeria Dominikańska

Is internet included in the rental costs?

Yes, we have a fast fiber optic connection, which is included in the office rental costs at IdeaPlace.

Do you offer cleaning services as part of office rental?

Yes, our offices are cleaned twice a week as part of the lease agreement.

Is it possible to organize business meetings or events in IdeaPlace office spaces?

Yes, with full support from the IdeaPlace team.

Are the offices available 24/7 or do they have specific opening hours?

Access to the office at IdeaPlace is available 24/7, while our front desk is open from Monday to Friday from 09:00-17:00.

Is it possible to test the office space before signing a longer contract?

We encourage you to visit and present our spaces, we are flexible and open to conversation.
